Absolutely not! Businesses are not one size fits all and neither are my services. If you have a project idea that’s unique, schedule a Discovery Call so we can talk through it. Chances are, I can help!

What if I have more than one project I need your help with?
Not a problem. Big or small, one or many, we’ll tackle them all!

What does the process of working with you look like?
First things first - schedule a free Discovery Call! I understand that trusting someone with your business can be scary, which is why I want us to get to know each other a bit first. During the call, we’ll discuss your business, your needs, and your goals to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward after our initial call, I’ll put together a proposal for you outlining pricing, timelines, and the services we discussed. Once the proposal is approved and a formal contract is signed, we’ll get to work! Communication and collaboration is made simple through the Client Portal - where clients can sign documents, upload files, pay invoices, schedule check-ins, and view project updates. After your project has been completed and delivered, all your sensitive information is destroyed.

How long will it take for my project to be completed?
The timeline for each project will largely depend on the scope of work. Deadlines and/or estimated completion dates will be outlined in your customized proposal. But it’s important to remember that we’re partners in this process - so the more engaged you are, the faster and smoother it will go!

Is my sensitive business information safe with you?
Yes. I take your privacy very seriously. Specific non-disclosure language is included in the contract you sign prior to starting your project.

How does pricing work?
Pricing varies based on the scope of work and duration of the project. For a personalized quote, please schedule a complimentary Discovery Call.

What type of payments do you accept?
US-issued and most internationally-issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted: credit, corporate, debit (processed like credit), prepaid, and rewards.

What if I'm not happy with the outcome of the project?
There will be plenty of checkpoints throughout the duration of the project to prevent this from happening. As long as we maintain open and honest communication in the process, we should be able to avoid this situation entirely.
